About Garden Kitchen
Garden Kitchen was founded by Dr. Baxter Montgomery, a Houston-based practicing cardiologist. When he and his mother began experiencing health complications, he realized that poor diet was playing a major role. He opened Garden Kitchen in order to promote whole food, plant-based meals with maximum nutritional benefit.
In the true spirit of community, prices stay at a reasonable minimum to keep nutritious food accessible. Patrons love the fact that nearly every entree is under $10!
With 80% of its menu being raw, patrons are often surprised to find their expectations exceeded. The menu features healthy vegan cuisine in the form of appetizers, entrees, salads, soups, desserts, and smoothies.
